What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Saturday
Open: 6:30AM-10:00AM & 3:00PM-7:30PM
Closed: 10:00AM-3:00PM

Sunday
Open: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

What days are you closed?

We will be closed for all services, including boarding pick-up and drop-off, on the following dates:

  1. Easter
  2. Thanksgiving
  3. Christmas
  4. New Year’s Day

Days we will be closed for daycare, but will have boarding pick-up and drop-off hours between 9am-5pm:

  1. Labor Day: 8/30-9/2
  2. Thanksgiving: 11/25-11/30
  3. Christmas: 12/22-12/28
  4. New Years: 12/31- 1/2

Unlimited clients will be able to bring their dogs for daycare when we are closed except on the actual holiday!

What are your requirements?

Must be up-to-date on Bordetella, Distemper and Rabies and if your pup is 9 months or older they must be neutered or spayed. We do recommend your pup to have the influenza vaccine but is not required.

Is there an age requirement for my pup to attend The Pup Camp?

Pups must be a minimum 6 weeks old. They must be old enough to have their distemper, rabies and Bordetella vaccines.

If I have more than one dog, can they stay together?
They can lodge together in a deluxe area. But, if they are doing standard crate boarding they can either stay in separate crates next to each other or diagonal from each other so they are in view of each other.
Are reservations required?
Yes, we do require reservations for a boarding stay. No reservation is needed for daycare. We do have a one night worth deposit at the Gambrills location.
